James is an experienced physiotherapist - community health programs for over 15 years, including a Facilitator for the Arthritis Foundations Self Management Programs.


NEW Course begins at Stones Corner on Tuesday 27th July at 4.30 - 5.30 pm. Cost for course is $110 for 8 weeks.



Yoga for Healthy Hearts Course

Yoga designed to enhance your heart’s health. Also if you have a heart condition it can complement your medical treatment, giving you self management tools to help manage your heart condition.


Both James and Radhika have completed the Heart Foundations training in Heartmoves (though this is not a Heartmoves program).

This program incorporates influences from Cardiac yoga, (Dr Dean Ornish and Mala Cunningham), Heartmoves, and Yoga plus Therapies.

Currently one on one appointments at Coorparoo. Group classes may start in the future.

We all have the innate capacity to heal. Healing is a holistic process of awakening your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well being. Yoga for Therapy is a mechanism, where yoga provides the tools to unlock your inner healing mechanism. It requires assessment of your needs and a process where you work together with your Yoga Practitioner (Therapist) to work towards balance, health and healing. Not all problems can be cured, but they can often be managed well, and you can still find a sense of inner well being and wholeness, and this healing. This can be helpful for many problems including:

James & Radhika have a special interest on the areas of yoga for Heart Health, and Healthy Joints and Musculoskeletal conditions.

Radhika has completed training in Yoga and Arthritis with Dr Daniel Lewis, a specialist rheumatologist based in Melbourne.
