Yoga Strength Course
NEW COURSE for 4 weeks on Saturday 8 am to 9 am beginning October 2nd. Only $66 early bird price.
This a great course which combines YOGA strength exercises along with BANDS to build strength and muscle.
This YOGA class may especially appeal to MEN or anyone who wants to get stronger, but also gain benefits of a yoga practice.
The course runs oncer per week for 8 weeks lasting about 50 minutes of each session, including warm up, core and postural work, and strength exercises.

“Stronger for Longer” Strength Training with bands Course
