Physiotherapy uses evidence and scientifically based principles, sound clinical reasoning, and good understanding of pathology to provide care which is both effective and SAFE.

Assessment & Explanation of Problem
Personalised goal settting
Hands on Treatment, including Bowen Therapy
Home Program for SELF management                                

Specialised Postural/Muscle Retraining - Antigravity Muscle Retraining                                                                         Strength &/or Flexibility training
Program may also include Yoga as a Therapy
James uses Biopsychosocial (mind body) approach to pain management
