James has been a member of the Australian Physiotherapists Association (APA) for over 23 years. He is also a registered Yoga Therapist with Australian Association of Yoga Therapists
James is an experienced physiotherapist - running community health programs for over 15 years, including a Facilitator for the Arthritis Foundations Self Management Programs.
This is a unique approach as it combines up to date science of pain management, chronic inflammation management and stress management, exercise science, and physiotherapy, along with the ancient wisdom of yoga.
There is also good evidence that a holistic approach of yoga can help you better manage your condition, feel better, and lead a more productive life.
