A simple, beautiful, sequence to transform & open the body, especially the upper body:

  1. Release stress, tension and tightness

  2. Energise

  3. Improve nerve health

  4. Great if you work at a desk or computer


Minimise strain, breathe easily, and back off or stop, if it causes you pins and needles, or sharp pain. 


Maintain good alignment, lift tall through the crown, and keep the belly lightly drawn inward.
