•Radhika's aim of Yoga is to enhance Awareness, go Within, and generate overall health and wellbeing. Her teachings therefore utilise the principle of the Middle Path. Radhika teaches traditional Yoga, using modern research, and safe and natural movement. Her style is characterised by choreographed sequencing, 3 levels of practice, and the use of Sound and Mantra to train and focus the Mind. Radhika has been teaching Yoga full time in Brisbane for over 16 years. She adores Indian music.
JAMES BONE
•Co-Director of Yoga plus Therapies
•Degrees in both Human Movement and Physiotherapy, and Diploma in Bowen Therapy
•Physiotherapist for 23 years with special interest in strength training - 15 years in Community health working with Preventative health, and Chronic Diseases and pain management
•Bowen Therapist for over 16 years
•Teaching Yoga for over 16 years
•Served on the National Committee and a Senior member of Yoga Australia (formerly known as the Yoga Teachers Association of Australia) and is also a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists
•Co/author of Books – “Yoga +” and “Stronger for Longer”, Yoga DVD, Relaxation CD
•A long term student of Tantra
•Serves on the National Committee of the Australian Association of Yoga Therapists and is full member of this association. He has a keen interest in Yoga as a Therapy
•Presented at various seminars on yoga for national yoga associations
•Background in Martial Arts and Tai Chi
His aim is to give his students or clients up to date skills and methods in managing their health.
